PUPPY ADOPTION INCLUDES
* Pre-Printed IOEBA Registration Form
* Adoption Contract signed by Breeder and Adoptive Client
* Tail Docked, unless pup is born with tight screw-tail
* Dewormed on schedule w/Safeguard liquid, and pup leaves with a 3-week supply of wormer
* Current on age-appropriate vaccines.
* Pup will be familiar with pee-pads and doggie-door access for potty breaks.
* Large Ziplock of Food your pup has been raised on
* Samples of NuVet chewable supplements to support growth and excellent overall health.
* Wellness Exam by Angela's Veterinarian, prior to Adoption Day
