Raising Dogs With Common Sense
What began as notes for Angela’s first puppy families eventually became a published guide. First released in 2012, the book shares lessons learned through decades of raising dogs.
Volume 4, published in 2023, follows dogs from their earliest days through adulthood and the senior years. Although written from a bulldogger’s heart, its practical guidance applies to dogs of every breed and age.
DOG BLUFF NUTRITION
A Common-Sense Approach to Feeding
Angela considers nutrition one of the most important foundations for raising healthy, low-maintenance dogs. Her dogs receive a combination of thoughtfully selected foods based on her years of hands-on experience.
The Nutrition page shares Angela’s personal feeding approach, ingredient considerations, transition guidance, and excerpts from Chapter 2 of her book. Every dog is different, so families should also follow the advice of their trusted veterinarian.
